What is Dispersing Agents ?
- Dispergators are used in the finishing processes of all kinds of fibers such as cotton, polyester, nylon, acrylic, polyamide, to ensure proper distribution of the dyestuff in the fiber and to increase the dyestuff fixation.
- Some of these chemicals, thanks to their dispersing ability, provide pH control by masking residues from water and pre-treatments, thus preventing the abrasion problem.
- Polyester (PES) dispersers are used to ensure that the water-insoluble disperse dye is properly and efficiently trapped in the fiber.
- Depending on the place of use, they are used as an equalizer, an equalizer / disperser or just a disperser.
