What is Buffer Acid ?
- After the dyeing process, the process to bring the pH between 10 and 11 to 6-7 pH, which is the right one for aftertreatment, is called neutralization and the acids used here are called buffer acid / neutralization acid.
- In buffer acids, unlike the neutralization acid, there is also the salt of the acid in the product combination. Thus, it is ensured that the appropriate pH is maintained for a long time.
- While buffer acid is more suitable for polyester (PES) dyeing and finishing bath, neutral acids are more suitable for neutralization processes.
