What is Enzyme ?

  • Sizing Enzyme (Amylase) is used to remove the starch-based sizing agent from the fabric, which is made to increase the strength of the warp yarns during the weaving process. Results are classified by the "TEGEWA" test.
  • Acidic or Neutral Feather Enzyme is made after bleaching in knitted fabrics and before dyeing, in order to remove existing or formed hairs on the fabric surface depending on the quality of the fiber / yarn.
  • Anti-Peroxide Enzyme ( Catalase ) ensures that the peroxide material used in bleaching processes is removed from the fabric.
  • Pectinase Enzyme enables the fabric to become hydrophilic by removing the oil / wax / pectins on the fiber during the cooking process or the high alkaline process called caustication, which is carried out to swell the fiber.
