What is Acyralate ?
- The coating process in textile is the process of transferring and fixing the paste, which is prepared by using materials such as polyurethane, acrylate, special filling materials, to the surface of the fabric in order to give the fabric technical properties.
- There are two versions: "Fashion / Fashion Covering" and "Technical Textile Covering".
- Depending on the purpose of use, isocyanate-based crosslinkers, aziridine, melamine formaldehyde resin and glyoxal resins are used to increase the bonding and washing resistance of coating pastes.
- CMP SNOW-WHITE is used as a multi-purpose filling material in coating pastes.
- In technical textile coating processes, the fabric can be imparted with properties such as water resistance (such as high water column values required in tents or bags), water repellency, non-flammability / flame retardancy.
